We are a service company that focuses on providing high-quality services to individuals and corporate clients from all over the world who wants to visit, relocate, or do business in the United Republic of Tanzania. Our value proposition is straightforward; to be a facilitator for our clients. Our services are designed to meet the needs of local Tanzanians, Tanzanians living abroad, Tanzania-based organizations, foreigners, and foreign organizations wanting to visit or conduct business in Tanzania. We consult and listen to our clients and then work with them to develop a plan of execution to meet their needs.

Duteni is led by a senior management team with over 20 years of experience in Tanzania and the USA.

DUTENI STORY

Ebonie Mbeteni – Duteni Founder & CEO

Ebonie was born and raised right outside Washington D.C (USA Capital). Growing up (through her involvement in the family business) she got to learn & experience first hand the functions of the largest employer in America (the USA Federal government).
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from IUP (USA). She became a Bank Manager at Bank of America (one of the largest banks in the world) at the age of 27 (the 2nd youngest in the region) leading a low performing bank to the top 3 in the region.
Over the years, Ebonie has founded companies, managed, recruited & trained staff, facilitated professional training programs and strategically sold several successful small businesses while employing over 200 employees at the height of one of her companies.
